Travelled to explore Poznan, this apartment was a decent place for doing it. The staff was helpful here. Easy check-in was appreciated. There was a roll-in shower. They offered us lots of options for breakfast, it was incredible.

The location is marvelous and excellent, very close to the old town of Poznan, the city center, and pubs and restaurants. The staff is responsive and affable, making the experience enjoyable. I have nothing to complain about; I would definitely book here again.

We had a great experience at the apartment. It is located in a convenient spot, close to grocery shops, tram/bus stops, and just a 10-minute walk from downtown. the building is new and secure, with access limited to residents only. the flat itself is very comfortable and well-equipped, with excellent facilities. Plus, it's only 200m away from downtown Poznan, making it easy to explore the historical sights. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like 👎.

Our stay at Apartamenty Homely Place 1 - Parking was exceptional. The proximity to historical sights was perfect for exploring the city. The instructions for the washing machine were helpful, and having a dish cloth and tea towel would have been a nice addition. Despite a small issue with the TV, the overall experience was great. We also appreciated the underground parking space and the clear instructions for checking in. The staff was responsive and friendly. we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poznan.
